Is anyone here dealing with chronic migraine alone? I live alone with a dog and sometimes I get lonely especially when I’m sick. I love my ex boyfriend and he seems to be part of the reason I want to get better for myself and for him. He motivates me too.
I live alone with my dog too. It can definitely be isolating. I just try to stay connected on my phone when I am able to. I am very much an animal person so having my dog and cat both help me when im feeling down.
