I’m looking into a program called Stella i found them on instagram and they have offices around the u.s. and Ketamine infusions. Im researching both and they sound like they might just help
I feel this, but I also experience dissociative amnesia and a lot of the time can't remember a lot of my trauma, but it's almost equally disturbing to know something bad happened in the past, but not be able to remember it. Feels like I need to factory reset the whole thing sometimes
