Struggling with Anxiety on Prozac

I'm on 40 MG of Prozac...it used to work pretty good but sometimes, my PTSD tends to ruin everything. I'm thinking of trying E.M.D.R. to help with the PTSD nightmares. 💝💐

I am the same way and I’m on the highest dose 60mg. I asked my doctor if I could be put on something else and he insisted on psychotherapy first. You could see if your doctor would switch medications. I’ve been on Zoloft in the past and that helped me for a long time.
