I am left with Lyme arthritis, painful joints and hyperextended fingers. Anyone still suffer from joint pain?

I definitely do, especially in my knees. I've found that hot water makes my joints feel worse and increases the inflammation but afterwards they feel much better.

Yes, very much so! I don’t use any prescription medication (all make me too sleepy) but I find that flax seed oil and Omega-3 fatty acid helps, as does MSM. I swim and stretch afterwards and that’s good too. Have you tried anything that seems to help?

@Sheila hi was reading about what you do about your symptoms and one thing that you definitely have going for you is swimming! Especially if it's warm water. I miss swimming so much.
