Does your heart rate always increase when changing positions or is it typically when your in one for a long while you get more symptoms? Also what is your chest pain and pain areas?
My heart rate increases any time I change position, but my symptoms are always worse after sitting or laying for long periods of time. I experience chest pains if my heart rate is exceptionally high typically it's accompanied by fatigue and occurs directly over my heart or centered in my chest
My heart rate increases any time I change position but if I’ve been in the same position it tends to be more drastic. Chest pain for me generally occurs during strenuous activity, a sharp increase in heart rate, or prolonged exposure to heat. When those three overlap it can be kinda hellish lol. The pain usually focuses on the left side by my heart radiating out through my chest.
