      Hi Manal! I have problems with my leg as well sometimes when I stand or sit for a long time. Try different stretches and exercises for your knee. Do you also have any arthritis that you know of in your knees?

        @LoverGirl1870 yes I do and when I move I could hear squeaking sound in both knee The right knee I hear crack too

          @Manal yea that happens, stretches help a lot don't over stretch it just do it enough. Sometimes the joints do that because it's not enough lubrication on them or not moved as often as they need to be.
