Any advice on extreme fatigue? I think it is being caused my some neurological neck issue. It's a long story, but I'm essentially wiped out after two hours of waking up. I can't take caffeine because I am extremely sensitive to it so all I can really do is eat to get some energy. Any advice from fellow sufferers?
