Favorite remedies/tips for managing Gastroparesis / Vagus Nerve Damage? I feel nauseous basically every morning, after every bowel movement, when I eat too much, if I don’t eat enough, when I have anxiety, and when I eat in general. :( I have tried ginger, humming/singing, not eating before bed, & cold showers. I have tried to figure out my trigger foods but it’s very random and I can’t seem to find a relationship between anything. I’m staying away from histamines. I’m not sure what else to do. What do doctors do about it even?
