I was admitted to hospital over night on the 17th, with random heavy vaginal bleeding (13 days after my period) & pain in my lower left side of my back and abdomen. Internal vaginal Scans didn’t show anything & urine dip tested positive for infection. GP today said after another urine sample got tested in the lab yesterday it doesn’t show infection. I am still bleeding (not as heavy) & the pain in my lower back on left side is hurting more, codeine isn’t helping. I don’t know what to do or what to think, I have slept so much the last few days & loss of appetite, struggling with bowel movement and feel somethings wrong that’s being missed. Being made to feel like everything’s fine. Anxious as hell.

You're welcome! 💕 Hopefully they will be a bit more helpful and can get to the bottom of it for you. I always find it crazy that on average it can take a woman 7 years to get a gynecological diagnosis of something like Endo etc because we're so often disbelieved or our pain and symptoms are minimised or overlooked. Fingers crossed the lap can get you some more answers & get you some relief & support. Always here for a chat or advice if you need it! ❤️

So sorry you're struggling so much at the moment!❤️ Not to worry you but scans can miss alot of things such as Endometriosis & such (which I have & also causes episodes of heavy painful bleeding) I'm not suggesting this is what could be wrong but I know that Endometriosis doesn't show on most ultrasounds & mri's & can only officially be diagnosed via a laparoscopy. I know a few ladies who have bladder problems/chronic infecs & also have Endo- they can quite often be conditions that go together. I always say to anyone who is worried things might be being missed, you know your body & you know if something is not right so please don't give up on getting some answers. It could be worth asking to be referred to a Gynecologist/Specialist if this is something that has happened before or continues to happen. I really hope it eases up for you ❤️ I too have pos infec tests then they can come back as negative in the lab. It's super confusing 😕

@avelvetcrowbar aw thank you so much for your detailed reply ❤️ I have been referred to a fertility clinic, the gyno suggested me seeing them to possibly have my tubes flushed & a laparoscopy again (had one 5 years ago) to rule out other things that could be causing my issues xxx
