When my doctor’s office called me back about my B12, they sounded really scared as if they thought I was going to croak or something. Anyone know what level that would be? Just curious…. All I know is it’s under 150 but they don’t give you more specific results than that here.

Unfortunately, I've been told mine is between 100-110 then had all the loading dose injections, changed my diet etc only to be in the same boat a year later! Doctors will want to be on top of it due to long term damage that can be caused, but that takes a while so it's nothing to worry about. If you are cooperating with the Doctors then I'm sure all will be sorted soon! Just follow their recommendations and you'll feel better :)

I have dealt with the same thing. I take injections now that I am able to do at home. I do ut once a month currently but have done twice a month in the past. My mom gets iv infusions every 3 weeks. That is a pretty low number but infusions and then some injections should fix it up just fine. You must be exhausted. Mine have been around 320 recently and I feel better as long as I don't get my shot late. I'm still low but better. I think normal might start around 600.
