Effective Treatments for Fibromyalgia: What Works?

✋ I also take gabapentin four times a day I take Tizanidine and when I have my muscle flutters it's like I don't want to move but I know I have to move so and I take Tramadol my chronic pain also

I take 600 mg of gabapentin 3X a day and .5 mg of tizanidine at night sometimes it works sometimes not depending if I am having a fibro flare

I take Cymbalta for my fibromyalgia and always have some muscle relaxers for flare ups. During a flare, I move as much as possible, but sometimes that’s not even possible. It’s a tough disease to have!
