Hello! I’ve been struggling keeping my circulation up especially in public. I used to wear compression stockings all the time, though my hEDS has been flaring worse lately and even the slightest shift or pressure can cause my knees to dislocate. Does anyone have any alternatives so that I can keep my circulation up when I’m out?

Drinking at least 2-4 liters of water and increasing your salt intake can help you maintain your blood circulation. When you are outside, try to sit when possible and avoid bending over, both can prevent dizziness.
