Hi everyone- just seeing is anyone here has ever tried TMS (trans cranial magnetic stimulation) for treatment resistant depression and anxiety? Have you see any difference? I am starting next week on Monday and just a little nervous but hopeful too. Thanks to anyone who might have any info!

I did it in the fall. Iām happy with the results so far. My migraines seem to have gone away almost entirely, which is a huge help with my pain/depression/anxiety cycle spiral. I still have down days, but they are easier to bounce back from and are shorter stints rather than stretching to many days/weeks. Good luck! Journal and do things that are supportive for you (:
I did it in 2018. The benefits did not last long, maybe a month? I believe it was placebo. the psychiatrist suggested doing another course but she did not convince me that it would work and I did not want to make another time commitment. Good luck.
Haven't tried it, due to wanting to know more about it. I'm interested in the results of someone else too. š
