Struggling to Make Friends: Need Advice

I'm so sorry to hear that, I know how it feels to not have friends. But you'll make some real friends, I promise. There's people out there just like you that also need friends, you'll find them :)

I've not really had a friend since leaving skl. I've had acquaintances who I've hung out with a few times, but our connection was always temporary. It's extremely hard to make friends post-school, especially when you have chronic illnesses and are limited in what you can or can't do 😫

I’ve never had an actual friend in my adult life (19-36). Every time I feel like I’ve finally made a friend they turn out to be fake or not at all who I thought they were. I honestly don’t even care to meet new people anymore because I don’t seem to click with anyone and I’m just tired of being hurt.

❤️would love to get to know you. I have felt that way about many people I thought were friends along the years. There is so much love and helpful people on this app.

Don’t lose hope. People aren’t all bad. I’m very sorry that your experience has been this way.
