Has your prescriber tried upping dose or changing like from xr to non xr or combining that in appropriate doses, etc?

yes, we’ve tried both of those and neither really helped much

perhaps a different type of med might help? such as a different ADHD med (I think Wellbutrin and Ritalin are examples of that)

I can't take Adderall because it worsens my tics

My 60mg is hardly working. I don't have much options anymore. Doctors are so afraid to prescribe higher dosages. It sucks!

I have read of issues of Adderall lowering the baseline dopamine in the brain over long term use, which is seemingly what causes tolerance to it. It may be good to switch over to something completely different?
