Take it slowly. That's what I had to do. Start off with maybe covering the mirror up, or writing notes- positive ones- and putting them on the mirror. Then when ur ok with that, start to take them off and once a day say something nice about yourself. Doesn't have to be a physical attraction, but maybe something you did that u like. Just go at your own pace, and remember- everybody's body Is different, but equally important and beautiful.
