Looking for others with Long Covid

Yup. And I’m on a beta blocker. Worried that I acquired POTS during COVID.

Now my blood pressure is way low.

I drink LMNT sodium and electrolyte powder in my water. The melon is great...... there are other brands too that are just as good.

Hi there! I don’t check my blood pressure regularly but I do have a high heart rate that I try to keep in check. I have fainted and get lightheaded when standing up after sitting for long periods of time though. My doctor recommended compression socks, staying hydrated and salt/electrolytes. Hard to find the time in the day to take care of myself though - hope you are doing okay ❤️ hang in there
