there is a lot that is unknown about autoimmune disease that he claims he knows without any proof, his books are complete nonsense most the time without any citations, not to mention the weird religious undertones he uses throughout. It's giving cult-leader. However I am not trying to be nasty or disrespectful to you whatsoever. I just know that after trying a million things and then attempting yet another diet (that seems incredibly unsustainable) and having no positive impact to show for it can be even more exhausting to us with chronic illness. I am totally open to learning more about your journey with it as well feel free to dm me I am interested bc there is a lot I do not know especially many anecdotal experiences from people like you! Also as a side note I have been trained in holistic nutrition so I have a bit of understanding to what he mentions and the mechanisms of actions he refers to in his books so I'm not just some crazy lady who is a non-believer lol.
