One thing you can do is try to remind yourself somethings just aren't there. How I tend to get past it is see if I can catch anything off about what I'm seeing. If there is it's time to forget and get a distraction. If you play video games try to play, if you like music try and listen, if you like to draw try to draw. There are other ways to learn to cope but they can take forever. I hope this helps
