Recently I’ve been struggling a bit…I feel isolated at work, annoyed at home, and frustrated with my boyfriend. My mom does try to be considerate of my ASD, GAD, and depression, but my dad really isn’t sympathetic so it makes moving back in with them difficult and frustrating. None of my coworkers know I have any of these conditions and I honestly don’t know how to broach the topic or if I even should…but I’ve made my boyfriend aware of these things yet he still is inconsistant with our plans we make and my routines I need to keep. I just feel sad a lot now and I’m not too sure of what to do…does anyone else have a similar situation or feelings?

Yes I hate when people cancel last minute or my routine is messed up

I completely understand where you're coming from. As somebody else with ASD, it's been super frustrating whenever I make plans and they end up not going through. Patchiness in plans can be super frustrating, and on top of moving in with your dad who doesn't understand, I can see why it'd take such a toll on you. I'm really sorry this is happening. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here
