what do you do when you’re at your worst? i feel like there’s never anything i can do to help myself, especially not without another persons help. when i get bad i a lot of the time experience psychosis and hallucinations and don’t know what makes sense. and it’s always tied into the feeling of every day feels like pain. is there any suggestions for coping mechanisms until i can get more help?

having someone to talk to helps . i was manic and driving home from work and slammed on my brakes bc i saw my dog in the road . she wasn’t in the road . i talk about my hallucinations with my partner and sometimes she’s able to calm me down
