Depression has took me out of stable employment for the past 2-3 years. Currently in recovery mode. I understand how you feel. I hope that you have access to therapy family and/friends for support. Also, we are hear to listen 🤗

Depression is the worst and with my ADHD what has me depressed plays over and over in my head. I think we need to keep our minds busy on positive thinking and get out more
