Need help finding a neurologist in Arizona for seizures

Hello Anyone ,, I was wondering if anybody knew any neurologist in Arizona because I’ve been have seizures bad since 2019 first one was at school in culinary and I was cooking helping some kids n I feel over and I had to be rushed over to the hospital ,, also the doctors disabled me at brain and spine center but they don’t take acchhs anymore so I couldn’t find a doctor or work because the doctors disabled but I need help to get a better doctor and get disbality because I’m doing online school due to people saying I was getting abused or faking it to go home when my tooth is gone and I have so many bruises and photos for proof it’s horrifying and I can’t get any help anywhere:(
