Dealing with Lithium Carbonate Side Effects

Im just gonna list down everything i think might help, take what you might need and feel free to ignore the rest. I'd suggest adult briefs (kinda like pull ups for adults) for a little bit till you get better at recognizing the signs or at least for when you go to bed to avoid having to wash your sheets. you have to try your best to be hyperaware of yourself for a while till it gets easy to know when to go. set an alarm on your phone for every hour as a reminder and as it gets easier slowly increase the time to like an hour and a half, 2 hours, 2 hours and half, etc. if you think that might help as well. make sure to keep yourself hydrated too if that's something you struggle with, might as well tackle it all at once. that's all I can really think of, if you decide to go with the briefs but are embarrassed to buy them in person, you can get them online with discreet packaging too I'm pretty sure. best of luck!
