I was diagnosed with PCI’s before the pandemic and I was wondering if someone could help me with the symptoms and what I could do to manage it better.

What are you currently doing for treatment? Has your OBGYN/GP recommended anything? What are your current symptoms? For me, I actually, on my most recent ultrasound, have next to no cysts, but I struggle with weight management, hertuism, hair loss, fatigue, and irregular menstrual cycles.

  @LilOly my obgyn has recommended me for birth control and phetermine. I struggle with my weight as well and my hair has started thinning. My period has always been irrrgular
