      Yes this happens often I feel dizzy never pass out our spells of vertigo . All of which sparks and field my panic attack

      I also feel like this. Lately I’ll be eating or just doing my job and randomly feel like I’m falling.. which of course scares me and leads me to having a panic attack. You are not alone in this what so ever, being dizzy scares me so much! It’s so relieving hearing I’m not the only one

        @rachiee yes! This is what happens to me and then my anxiety runs with it and everything gets worse. It’s terrifying!

        @Allie319 I appreciate it. Sometimes it’s scary and easy to feel alone. I also get numbness of my face and arm. It feels like it’s always something and so scary. I appreciate the insight!

          @LuckyLou I also get a lot of numbness and that can be incredibly frightening. It’s so easy to feel alone when dealing with any kind of illness, just try to remember that you aren’t. You matter to someone. No matter what. I am always here if you need support
