Why does it seem like the medication you take for illnesses make you seem worse? The medication I take for my heart rate makes the fatigue 100 times worse. So at this point, what’s the point of taking it? I can’t do anything anyway because of the extreme fatigue. I had extreme fatigue before the medication and now it’s even worse.

Make sure to check your heart rate to make sure it’s not getting to low. Sometimes medications like beta blockers or anything to slow heart rate can cause bradycardia. I would say 50 bpm is a little low but it also depends on what your resting heart rate is normally :)
