This is my first time posting. So I’m not sure how to word it. I had a horrible anxiety attack like blacked out for a few hours type deal. It’s been 2 days and I’m feeling still in the “hangover” feeling. Anyone have tips to help?

    Did you talk to your Doctor about it? I’m sorry, that happened. Maybe try taking time doing something that relaxes you. For me doing art helps.

    I would take a break away from stressors to decompress at least a few hours, and get ahold of doctor

    Was it dissociation? If so, it helps me to try to think of animals starting with every letter of the alphabet. Also, feeling your feet on the floor and feeling grounded at that point. I hate that anxiety hangover feeling.
