Struggling with Mental and Physical Fatigue

Not doing well and things are coming in from all sides. I’m actively doing my best to push through to the other side. My body has been fighting me for such a long time and I’m starting to feel the overall fatigue, physically and mentally. Prayers and positive thoughts would be appreciated.

      I totally understand , I find myself in the same sort of situation right now and I am completely and utterly exhausted, I'm trying my best but I feel like my body is giving up on me and slowly my mind is as well , but I still have hope and I'm trying to stay positive because I know I still have so much to give and you do too .❤️

      I totally understand ! Perhaps it’s time to talk to someone, a counselor. Unloading to another human can be healing. Prayer is my go to. Idk where you are in that regard, but it is letting go for me, turning my problem and issues over to God, trusting Him to take over and handle it for me. I’ll pray for you, to find what you need. It’s not being weak to seek help. It’s loving yourself!!!

        @Coffee_hound Thank you. 🙏🏾 I need to get back in to therapy. I stopped because it got expensive and trying to keep myself afloat kept me ridiculously busy. Thanks again. 💚
