I dropped put of school and quit both of my jobs last year because of my BPD and anxiety. It is so hard to convince yourself to this stuff. I first started focusing on myself everyday. Starting with just brushing your teeth or showering and adding one thing at a time to make yourself feel taken care of. Then add things like keeping your room clean. I spent a year creating my routine and now I get out of bed and shower and do my makeup and everything before work. It makes me feel like I've put myself first and now I'm ready to face the day

The two jobs I’ve had were in food service which I didn’t like anyway but I quit both of them after 3 weeks and 6 weeks because apparently I’m too mentally unstable to work with people without having a breakdown so I want to pursue a career where I can be my own boss

^ agreed. Working from home is a godsend for me. But not for everyone I suppose.
