What are the common BPD symptoms?

social anxiety/paranoia, self harm/suicidal thoughts, fluctuating sense of self but core beliefs of self hatred

Not letting others help I think stems from my brain telling me that they are faking it and they don’t actually want to help me, they don’t actually care, they’re just desperate to get me out of my episodic state and they pity me

What Em0113 said ^^ plus self sabotage. Being aware of my behavior in the moment and not being able to. Not letting others help me even though I want it, and saying hurtful things even though people are being kind to me. Wanting help…receiving help…but then sabotaging it…
