How does everyone handle their FND and is there an actual cure for this as it just feels like I’m getting worse. Went out at the weekend and had so many seizures that I couldn’t really move to even get back into the house, just doesn’t feel like there’s much light at the end of a massive and extremely dark tunnel

Ive been fighting my FND for over two years now. Im too ill to explain or talk about everything at this moment but id love to chat and talk about things that work for us or dont work. If i had to only say one thing, i would try to take an anti-inflammatory or use anti-inflammatory supplements, teas, or foods. I didnt think there was inflammation as it didnt come up in tests but once I started taking ibuprofen and now Celebrex ive seen HUGE improvement. There are more things but im at my limit at the moment ❤️

Some people with FND manage their symptoms using heat pads for locked limbs, music as a distraction, fidget toys, sensory lights in a dark room, and TENS machines for pain relief. However, there is no known cure for FND, and management strategies vary from person to person. It's important to remember that you're not alone and to reach out for support from others who understand your condition.
