I have ROCD about my relationship. My biggest fear is me cheating . I’m worried that me liking compliments or liking feeling desired is cheating. I will confess this to my bf and ask. And he will say no, and no again. Nothing is helping, my therapist is worthless and thinks I don’t have OCD. When it’s common sense.

You're absolutely not alone in feeling like that. I'm sorry to hear about your therapist, too. It does get better, I promise. Wanting to be desired and enjoying compliments are very normal feelings both in and out of a relationship. Also, what is considered cheating depends on the relationship. You could have a conversation with your partner and go over your boundaries together, which might ease some of your concern. Then when you're obsessing about feeling like you're cheating you can think back and go "Okay, we talked about this. I know this isn't cheating. He doesn't think it's cheating. Everything is okay".
@Juju_Bee thank you very much for your insight. He has told me similar that cheating could look different depending on the couple. I wish this idea soothes my brain but sadly the “what ifs” are strong. Logically I do think that is true and you’re spot on. But my dumb brain cannot think that the through enough. I do like the therapist personality wise. However she refuses to label me. She just calls it anxiety and trauma. But having an OCD diagnosis I think would help me have a peace of mind. Because it feels like my feelings aren’t real to an extent. Thank you !
