Heyyy, im new too this. Over the previous weeks i’ve not been feeling myself( as in poorly with a cold) but my anxiety has really been messing around. Struggling to eat because of fear i’m going to be sick Struggling to sleep because of my cough and blocked nose Struggling too just be me in a way… It’s really heartbreaking because over the past 7-8month i have just watched this anxiety slowly take over my life and honestly it’s awful any tips/tricks on how to relive the anxiety around not feeling well ? (sorry i feel like this makes no sense what so ever).
