Make a list of all the things you want to do . Big and small things. Then everyday tackle 1 item on the list. That way at the end of the week you can say you completed 7 things and see it. It helps motivate you to continue. It also helps us not to be so hard on ourselves. Picking big and small tasks to go on the list helps us on our bad days .
Improving Fibromyalgia symptoms can feel like climbing a mountain. Breaking it down into smaller steps helped me. Usually I focus on one symptom and make a few goals towards improving that. Take it one step at a time. Rome was not built in a day. Be gentle with yourself. You don't have to focus every day on getting better to be worthy. You are allowed to just be.
