Absolutely. It sounds like a bunch of crap at first, but your mindset has so much to do with maintaining healthier habits and weight loss. I’m still rebuilding my relationship with myself but I’ve definitely been doing so much better since I started. I’m 5’5, 249 and wanna be 160.

Your weight is my goal weight. I’m 60 pounds away but I’m getting there. My opinion shouldn’t change how you feel about yourself because your opinion about yourself is the most important but according to my doctors, for my height, 220 is an extremely healthy weight so you aren’t as big as you may feel you are.
