      I've been using the breathwrk app to practice breathing. My friend recommended it to me as a preventative measure in case of breathing issues during anxiety attacks and fibromyalgia flare ups

      I took a walk with my headphones on and had really loud music. So I'm better now but still have that chest tightness

      Do you like minty stuff? I chew mint and work on my deep breathing when my anxiety gets bad. Light headed might also be a blood sugar issue ,so I often sip like a soda or a water while at work. Some things to consider and try.
