I am in like year 7 of menopause I believe and I thought it would be easier at this point for me? But I am still having brain fog, mood swings, crawly skin, Flashes. Weight gain in stomach area is just worst !!! And focus , concentration, being still for a moment is just not happening. i am so frustrated.
