I had a horrible dream last night of someone I care deeply about getting mad at me and then walking away. It has thrown me off for the entire day and I'm affraid to fall asleep in fear of seeing it happen again. I don't know what to do to cope.

I feel that 😥 I've had dreams of letting people down, people getting mad at me, and friends leaving me behind. I usually try to do things that make myself feel better before bed to help with it. I hope things get better for you soon💕

That happened to me in real life so I know how it feels. But don't stress yourself over it. I've learned that its their loss if they walk away. I still have nightmares about my ex step mother walking out of my life but I try my best to remind myself that in time it will get better.

@Cribsy Thank you
I totally understand ☹️ I have vivid dreams like that where people are mad at me.. the thing that helps me the most before bed is listening to a good song, or watching a funny show, or talking to someone with a good energy. that can really help 🤍
@mikky Thank you so much. I know exactly what show I will watch 😊
