We had wonderful doctors who would check my egg production with an ultrasound. Along with progesterone shots and all we have 3 beautiful boys.

I did keto for a few months and lost 50 lbs. Before that I had tried 6 months of Femara medicated cycles and 3 rounds of IUI. When I dropped the weight I got pregnant naturally with twins. I know weight loss is not easy for those of us with PCOS.
