as i transition out of a flare up, are there any big symptoms i should be looking out for? my last flare up was july last year, and i am experiencing a similar pressure in my stomach/chest that i had during the flare up. keep in mind, all my insides were enflamed, so i am a bit worried thats happening right now.. š
