if you go the discord route, i recommend using the pluralkit bot in a private server for all of yall to use as you like. with pluralkit, you set it up so certain proxies will indicate who's talking more directly

I found using discord helps a bit. I also use Daylio and write everything down so others can look back and see what went on.
