      Instead of running, try an elliptical machine or something similar that keeps your feet planted on the pedals. Be gentle on those cranky joints and strengthen them up. Small exercises to tighten those small muscles are good too. Keep moving. You can do it! šŸ’•

      Recently the impact that happens when running bothers my hip quite a bit to the point were I had a pubic meltdown today from the painšŸ˜•

        @Live Iā€™ve been told that running is the worst thing for us with EDS. We should not be doing any high impact exercise. Things like water aerobics/therapy and core strengthening exercises are more our style

      And yes my sports medicine doctor suggested physical therapy/ physical activity a long time ago
