Just ignore the thought. It's super hard at first but over time it gets better. Just be aware of what the thought is and why you have it.
I would say I kinda did went through a health anxiety. I was constantly searching all my symptoms, and you know the internet making assumptions of death. The best solution for me to stop them or not get too concern about them, was ignoring the thoughts and stop the searching. Just be strong you got this🙌❤️
