Connecting with Someone Who Understands My Chronic Illness

Hi welcome 🤗 My name is Steph. I have all of the above mentioned too. Currently in a flare-up I understand the struggle and grief of feeling like your losing a part of who you were before the disease set in. I have a therapist that is helping me process that grief as well. Try focusing on what you can do verses what you can't. A lot of Drs don't discuss the effects of this disease can have on a big impact on your mental health. Which can also cause more pain physically and emotionally. 🙏🥰🤗
