I've only come to the constant rendition that I'm back to square one with my suicidal thoughts. the same thing that's said to me over and over. when I go to the therapist. "are you thinking about ending you life now.... or .. what do I think my purpose in life is". I don't know and I wouldn't care. I'm not getting better by the day and everyone I wish to talk to disappears soon after I received some help. I'm getting of this app soon to end my suffering. I hope you all find out your help or goals to complete.

I understand how hard it can be, dealing with suicidal thoughts. You're very strong to still be here after dealing with it all this time. It takes a lot of courage to share how you're feeling and a lot of strength to keep on living even when you're in pain. But you've done it before, and you can do it again, because you are worth it as a human being. And someday, it will get better. I hope you're able to get through the night and that tomorrow is a better day for you. š¤ You deserve to feel content, even if happiness feels like an impossible emotion right now. Take care!

@Zoinks I don't deserve it. God picks and chooses who gets to be happy

@max You do deserve it. Whether you overcome this by exercising more or the help of medication, you will feel better in the near future. š¤

Hey Max, I'm so sorry you're feeling like this. I've attempted suicide 3 times in my life, and was hospitalized for one of them. It's been 4 years since my last attempt, but I still think about it a lot. Some things I've picked up mostly from the internet that seem like they could be helpful: 1. Your life doesn't need a purpose. Your mere existence is valuable and you do not have to always be working towards some goal. It's okay to just be. 2. If you've ever found new art you loved, whether it's music, dance, books, there will always be more art for you to discover. It's impossible for a single person to consume all available media in their lifetime, if nothing else please keep looking for more of what you love 3. From a fictitious Klingon Therapist, "The battle against mental illness cannot be won decisively. It is a long campaign against an enemy who never tires, whose forces swell to twice their size whenever you look away. Battle against a foe of such magnitude, who occupies your very mindā¦ every moment you survive is a triumph against all odds. There is no more honorable combat." I know you said you're tired of talking to people, but I'm here if you change your mind
