I have been feeling unmotivated recently to doing anything. I was wondering if anyone had any tips of getting out of it.
Anxiety (Including GAD)
I read once that is not motivation what drives you to do things but discipline. That being said, and I know it sounds hard, sometimes you just have put motivation aside and just do it. Do it until you don’t have to force yourself anymore. I hope this helps ❤️
