I have to conciously think about breathing. It makes me think there may be something wrong with possibly my heart, so that makes me feel a bunch of other symptoms of heart disease. My family had a history of heart disease, but our latest case was my great grandmother about 90-100 years ago. I am very scared and I can't stop thinking about it. Please help!
