@Chevygirl I'm slowly feeling free of the thought that everyone would be better off without me. Lamotrigine or Busparone may be working but a little too soon to know for sure. Do you have a doc that's managing your depression? I had to get help through a free clinic for a long time. Maybe there's one in your area if you don't see someone currently. I feel you, depression is just awful. I have no clear definition of a higher power, so I ask the universe and any being or force that can help me for assistance and prayer has really helped, that and knowing how devastating it would be to my son has pulled me back from the ledge more than once.
