Has anyone tried NOCD app for OCD?

Yes! I've had it for almost a year now I think, and I 110% recommend it to everyone who suffers from OCD. You can talk to other people, and they have tons of FREE resources - articles, videos, live Q&As where you can ask questions directly, free support groups, and tons of other tools. Their therapists are also great - at least mine is! I've made so much progress with my OCD that I didn't think was possible thanks to them.

I’ve been wondering about it too, but haven’t decided to get it.
